The Yogic Practices

Upa-Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Shakti, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi are the main practices that are offered. Anyone can make use of them to gradually upgrade their system. They require no eqipment or prior experience.

Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses yogic postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher levels of energy. By practicing this profound science, one can change and enhance the way one thinks, feels, and experiences life.

Upa-Yoga

Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.

Upa-yoga is start-up yoga. It is best for casual practitioners seeking higher levels of physical and psychological wellbeing. - Sadhguru

Angamardana

Anagamardana

Angamardana is a series of 31 processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

Bhuta Shuddhi

Bhuta Shuddhi means "purification of the five elements" (i.e. earth, water, fire, air and space) which gets to root of imbalances in the body that lead to disease. This simple practice which you can do daily reorganizes your system on the elemental level.

Bhuta Shuddhi is about removing everything that you have built up so that the Creator's creation will rise and shine within you. - Sadhguru
