In these four days, we want to offer you a glimpse of yoga, the taste of ayurvedic food, and a drop of spirituality.

We will learn simple yet effective Upa-Yoga practices, a dynamic form of the Sun Salutation known as Surya Shakti, Pranayama, Meditation and more. All the processes are taught in such a way that you are enabled to practice them on your own after the retreat to deepen the practice from the comfort of your home and experience the full benefits.

We will also relish Ayurvedic food as well as explore the preparation and consumption of food from an Ayurvedic perspective. We will also have sessions where we look at how to enhance the quality of your sleep.

In addition:

  • Explore the various aspects of Yoga with insightful videos of Sadhguru.
  • Connect with Earth with barefoot hikes in the valley while marvelling at the high mountains.
  • Take a refreshing bath in the natural pool of the Kientalerhof.
  • Or a little time off to relax with Ayurvedic massages and a steaming Sauna (at additional cost).

Upa-Yoga

Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body's mechanics, Upa-yoga dispels inertia in the body's energy and brings ease to the whole system.

Requirements

Open for all. No previous experience of Yoga is necessary.


Language

Yoga sessions will be in English. The food and sleep sessions will be supported in German and English.
